Measure AI in dollars. Prove it to anyone.

Every board asks what AI returned; every dashboard answers with a claim. Vectrion reads the systems you already run, computes the return per outcome, and attaches proof anyone can check for themselves, without taking Vectrion's word for it. The receipt here is live: open it and check.

01The problem it solves

Two expensive questions nobody can answer with a straight face.

P1

What did the AI budget return?

Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise are budget line items now. When the board asks what came back, the answer is a survey, a vendor slide, or a feeling. Nothing that survives an auditor.

P2

Why do committed sprints keep failing?

Scope injected after commitment, velocity inflated by carryover, risk split across five tools so no single tool can see it. It all surfaces after the quarter is lost, not during it.

One machine answers both, and signs the answer.

It reads the systems already running, computes the return per outcome, and issues a verdict anyone can check offline. Narrated in under two minutes. Sound on.

02Engine one · the AI-ROI cascade

A verdict you can hand to a CFO, an auditor, or a skeptic.

The first thing you are buying. Connectors read Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Jira, GitHub, Salesforce. Every figure cites the source row it came from. The verdict is key-stamped, append-only, and checkable without asking me, or anyone, for permission.

The append-only ledger of signed receipts, each downloadable as JSON

Check the math yourself, offline.

curl -O https://vectrion.in/v/gn4aDbtwib0y_NPknBmPNgVZ/verify_receipt.py
python3 verify_receipt.py receipt.json

OK signed: SAOR/0.1, signature valid, offline

Now change one digit inside receipt.json and run it again. It fails. The live receipt is derived from the public history of the rails/rails GitHub repository, so you can re-derive every input yourself.

03Engine two · the delivery cascade

Scope injection. Fake velocity. Findings with names.

The second thing you are buying: the same spine pointed at delivery. Risk no single tool can see, scored across every connected source, rolled up per program, and put in writing every morning.

04What you get · the full inventory

One wire, one repo, everything transfers.

No earn-out, no consulting tail, no license carve-outs. This list is the whole of it, and the disclosure sheet says what is imperfect.

05The deal · why it is worth a reply

It costs less than rebuilding it. That is the whole pitch.

A conservative rebuild is two senior engineers for most of a year, well into six figures before the first receipt verifies. The number comes in my first reply: one figure, a fraction of that, and firm. A fast, clean handover matters more to me than a long negotiation.

If you are a vendor in this space

Ship signed, offline-verifiable receipts inside your own product. The patent filing and its May 2026 priority date transfer with the assignment.

If you are a consultancy

Run AI-ROI and delivery reviews for clients on a platform you own outright, with your name on the report and your key signing the verdicts.

If you are an operator

The engineering is done, the unglamorous parts included. What this asset never had is a seller. That is the whole job you are taking on.

06What is wrong with it

Everything I would want to know if I were buying.

  1. 01No revenue, no customers, no pilots. Nobody has ever paid for this.
  2. 02AI vendor connectors have only run against seeded data. The Copilot endpoint is deprecated.
  3. 03Workday is a CSV upload, not an API connector.
  4. 04The patent is provisional only: a priority date and an option expiring May 2027.
  5. 05Demo portal receipts carry a stub signature. Real receipts verify.
  6. 06Built by one person. There is no team to transfer.

The full disclosure sheet goes to any serious buyer before anything is signed.
